Nancy Dong

Founder & CEO

Since joining iCare in September 2018, Nancy has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization with her creativity, leadership, and dedication to social good.

As the founder, she drives the launch of new initiatives, builds partnerships, and advances program development to keep iCare at the forefront of efforts to serve disadvantaged and underserved communities.

Her leadership style is highly collaborative and hands-on, as she works alongside staff and volunteers to cultivate meaningful opportunities for growth and learning.

Respected for her visionary outlook and her gift for connecting with people across different ages and backgrounds, Nancy fosters a culture of inclusivity, unity, and shared purpose throughout the organization.

Zhuotong Xian

Founder

Zhuotong has been a dynamic force within iCare since Sept. 2018, bringing a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and a strong commitment to social impact.

As founder, she focuses on developing new initiatives, fostering collaboration, and enhancing programs. engagement, ensuring that iCare continues to innovate in its efforts to support impoverished and disadvantaged communities.

Zhuotong takes a hands-on approach to leadership, actively engaging with team members and volunteers to create meaningful opportunities for growth and learning.

Zhuotong is known for her forward-thinking vision and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age ranges, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose within the organization.

Nathan Zhao

Vice President

Nathan has been working together with iCare since Jan. 2023.
He is the Vice President of iCare Charity and strives to combine empathy and originality in every aspect of his work. As a devoted listener, he believes that real impact and growth come from first learning about the communities we volunteer for. He loves immersing himself in diverse experiences and listening for what unmet needs exist. Together with iCare Charity, Nathan innovates creative solutions and leads initiatives to give underrepresented communities a larger voice. From improving youth education in international groups to helping create spaces for neurodivergent individuals to flourish, it all stems from his empathy that constantly drives him to reach out to new communities in the first place.

Lucas Tsui

Director

Lucas Tsui is a Director of the iCare Charity Foundation and a dedicated youth leader committed to community service, cultural exchange, and inclusion. Born in Shanghai and raised in California, Lucas brings a multicultural perspective shaped by his Chinese and Brazilian heritage.

An accomplished pianist, he believes music has the power to connect people across cultures and abilities. Through his work with iCare Charity Foundation, he supports initiatives that promote education, youth development, and opportunities for individuals with special needs. Lucas is passionate about creating positive social impact and inspiring young people to serve their communities.

Oscar Chenxing Ni

CFO

Oscar has started to participate in iCare in Sept. 2024.

In this vital role, Oscar oversees the financial operations, and ensures that iCare responsibly manages the funds as we strive to make a positive impact in our community. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance, Oscar has developed and maintained our annual budget, tracked our fundraising revenues, and prepared insightful financial reports that guide our decision-making.
